Some WW1 Photographs...

As we’re about to celebrate the beginning of the Bataille de la Marne (100 years ago), I thought you may appreciate this map, which showed the situation of French Army (with dots in the lower part of the map), allied armies in Belgium (in the upper part of the map), and German Army Corps (shown with arrows). The situation was almost desperate for French troops, but this map shows too that Paris wasn’t then the main target of German Army.
